Discovery Sprint
Explore how AI can fit within your business.

We sit down with you and your team, walk through your workflow, and find where AI actually earns its keep. The conversation focuses on where staff time goes, where revenue leaks, and which workflows are worth building against. You leave with a ranked plan you can act on, written up as a clean scope proposal.
What you walk away with
- A ranked opportunity list, each one sized by effort and impact.
- A written report, delivered as a PDF you can keep and forward.
- A scope-build proposal we can act on, or hand off to your internal team.
Good fit: You feel behind on AI but can't name the specific thing to fix. You'd rather understand your options before committing money to a build.
Not a fit: Your team is not open to changing how they work. You want a vendor who agrees with the existing approach rather than one who tests it.
Build
We design the tools to fit the work in front of you.

You already know where AI fits in your work. The opportunities are ranked, whether through a Discovery Sprint or work your team has done on its own. What you need is a builder. The engagement runs in three phases: scope and design on paper, build in short iterations with your staff using each piece as it ships, then production launch and handoff. The code is yours, with no vendor lock.
What you walk away with
- A working system in production, running on the real workflows it was designed for.
- Your staff trained to use it, run it, and pass it to the next person who joins the team.
- The code, owned by you. No platform we control sitting between you and your own system.
- A foundation built so the next thing you want to add sits on top of it cleanly.
Good fit: You have a plan in place, someone internal who can be the project lead, and you want to own the system after we launch it.
Not a fit: You want a vendor to take the work off your plate and run it forever, or a fixed-bid black-box build where the team isn't involved while we work.
Methodology Workshop
Come to us when your team needs the skill, not just the deliverable.

AI is going to be part of how your team works for years. The skill should live inside the people doing the work, not in a contract that gets renewed every time something new comes up. We run the workshops that move our methodology into your team. Without internal AI literacy, your staff waits on outsiders whose domain knowledge will always lag yours.
What you walk away with
- The methodology, documented, so your team can run it without us.
- One real opportunity sized and scoped during the workshop, not a hypothetical case study.
- A common vocabulary across the team for talking about AI inside the business.
- Follow-on coaching after the workshop, so the framework holds when the first real test comes.
Good fit: You want your team to own AI as a competency, not just receive a deliverable from us. There are 3-8 people who will actually use the methodology after the workshop ends.
Not a fit: You want a deliverable shipped now and the team trained later, or you want a single executive briefed without the people who will do the work in the room.
Stewardship
Once a system is live, it needs tending.

The landscape is forever changing. Models update, new capabilities arrive, and the standard for what AI should be doing inside an operation shifts every quarter. Stewardship is the ongoing relationship that monitors the system, verifies outputs match expectations, and pulls in improvements as they emerge. Without it, your system holds at launch-day capability while what is possible moves on.
What you walk away with
- Eyes on the system every day, with someone accountable when something looks off.
- Regular reviews of how the system is performing, in a format that fits your team.
- New capabilities, model upgrades, and prompt refinements folded in as they emerge.
- First word when something in the stack changes, before it shows up in an error log.
Good fit: You have AI in production and want it kept current as the field moves. You would rather have a partner watching it than have it sit unattended.
Not a fit: You do not have AI live yet. Stewardship is for systems already running, not for ones still being scoped or built.
Want to talk it through?
AI is being put to work inside operations everywhere. The companies that decide their own terms now are the ones still running the work their way later.
